About our products
What kind of products does BloomBe offer? We are a general products store. We offer a wide selection of home goods, accessories, apparel, wellness products, and much more. Our goal is to be your one-stop destination for products that enhance your daily life.
Can personalized products be returned? Due to the unique nature of personalized products, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Please carefully review your personalization information before submitting your order.
Orders and payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options shown on the checkout page.
Can I cancel or modify my order? You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier's website.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Personalized products and personal care items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The money will be applied to your original payment method.
