At BloomBe, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, from the moment you click to the moment your order arrives at your door.

 

Shipping

Order processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over a specific amount, which is detailed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. shipping: 3 to 5 business days

  • International shipping: 7 to 15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

 

Returns

We want you to love every product you buy from BloomBe. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return policy: We accept returns of products in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging) within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Non-returnable items: Due to their nature, personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
